The staff were overly enthusiastic, the place was so quiet and safe I thought I was the only one there, the accommodation was so comfortable it felt like I was sleeping on clouds, and the free Wi-Fi saved my social media addiction.
Moldy bathroom? Broken toilet seat? Smelly sewer? Who wouldn't want that in a hostel experience?

Simply no complains at all, really great stay. A wide array of delicious food at breakfast time. The rooms with large bags to be stored downstairs and a huge glass brick window and air conditioning. Very central location, at a medium distance from Fine Arts Museum.

My friends and I had a blast exploring the city and the hostel's location was on point. We were just a short walk away from the Ben Tanh market, where we scored some sick bargains, and the bus station was nearby too. Plus, the staff were cool and helped us find all the best spots to hang out.
The only thing that would have made our stay even more epic would be if the hostel had a chill rooftop bar or lounge area. It would have been awesome to kick back with some tunes and good vibes after a long day of exploring.

Spent my Christmas here and had a blast! The rooms were cozy and the beds were big, plus the aircon kept me cool in the Saigon heat. The location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet alley but still close to all the restaurants and bars. And the best part? The delicious meat bread sold right outside the entrance!
Okay, so the aircon was a bit old and didn't work as well as I would have liked. And the curtains in the room didn't fully block out the streetlights, so it was a bit bright at night.

The rooms at Sakura Hostel Saigon are really cozy and comfortable. I loved the air-conditioning and the marble floors, they made me feel like I was staying in a fancy hotel. Plus, the flat-screen TV was a nice touch for some evening entertainment after a long day of exploring the city.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the shared bathroom. I prefer having my own private bathroom, but I understand that it's a budget-friendly option for travelers who don't mind sharing.

the hostel's location is excellent, just a few meters from the New World Hotel roundabout. Finding it was easy with its numeric address of 39/26 Nguyen Trai. the hostel is in a former luxurious townhouse, giving it a unique and comfortable setting. the beds in the 12 bed dorm were comfortable and each bed had a small locker. the staff were incredibly welcoming and provided helpful advice and information without being asked. the wifi was strong throughout the hostel. I highly recommend Sakura Hostel Saigon for its location, comfort, and helpful staff.
